2. Franklin’s Entry

Franklin Clinton works as a repo man in Los Santos. During a job, he meets Michael. The two develop a mentor-student-like relationship and become partners in crime.

3. Michael’s Return to Crime

Family problems push Michael back into the criminal world. Trevor eventually finds out that Michael is alive, and they reunite to pull off heists together.

4. Major Heists

Tensions rise between the trio. The FIB, Merryweather, and rival gangs cause constant trouble. Trevor learns about Brad’s death and Michael’s deal with the FIB, which nearly ends their partnership.

6. The Final Choice

At the end of the game, Franklin has three choices:

  1. Kill Trevor – Franklin burns Trevor alive.
  2. Kill Michael – Franklin lets Michael fall to his death.
  3. Deathwish (The Third Way) – Franklin, Trevor, and Michael work together to eliminate all enemies. All three survive.

The most popular ending is “Deathwish,” where all three live and defeat their enemies.
